Just blend and enjoy!

1 can of Carnation creamy coconut milk (lite)
1 cup of ice
1-2 cups of fresh pineapple
4 heaped scoops of Reduce protein smoothie
Blend and serve in tall glasses, add water if required.

Serves 3
220 calories per serve plus 23 grams of protein.
Add Bacardi or coconut essence for taste.
